Wild Horses: “A point of paralysis”

Misguided policy, burgeoning overpopulation, overgrazing, degraded grazing lands, starvation, and endless lawsuits haunt the Bureau of Land Management wild horse program, which has recently been deemed a ‘disaster’ by citizens and politicians alike.

How Bureau of Land Management policy, no matter what good intentions are at the basis of that policy, has brought the agency’s ability to deal with the disaster, to ‘a point of paralysis.’
